The organisation uses the concept the ‘ mum test’ which was presented by a chief inspector of Adult Social care ( CQC). ‘ Is this service good enough for my mum’.? Therefore, we pride ourselves in caring for everyone like family member, we understand the importance of compassion, care, commitment, and confidentiality in promoting independence for at home care service users.
Our energy and happy disposition deliver laughter, whilst our enthusiasm for life allows your family member to be themselves, safe in the comfort of their own home for longer. We felt strongly that care provision could always be better and that service users had the right to expect respect and choice in every aspect of their care. It was with this intention that Rightway care was incorporated. With kindness and compassion, our highly trained and trusted team deliver tailored programmes for all your needs, from personal care to social outings.
The comfort drawn from being looked after at home in familiar surroundings can be immeasurable, therefore where possible an individual should be able to access the care they need in their own home. Rightway Care allows service users to have a level of independent and personalisation and such criteria cannot be matched in residential setting.
We feel strongly that care provision could always be better and service users have the right to expect dignity, respect and choice in every aspect of their care. As domiciliary care is often more effective than residential options which helps to reduce the financial pressure of caring for a loved one, Rightway Care helps to maintain right care at the right time for the right individual by implementing fundamental values to all our staff.
